When you request a Newsletter on this site, and/or become a member of one of our Groups or Collaboration Projects we collect specific information such as your name, address, phone number(s), email address, username and password. Mary Beth Cameron International, Inc.™ has the highest respect for your privacy. As such, we do not sell, rent, or loan ANY of your personal information to ANY third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and strictest confidence, and will not be used in any way for which it was not intended. However, if required by law, we will share such information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Mary Beth Cameron International, Inc.™ terms of use, or as otherwise mandated by law.

We may share non-personal collective or summary information regarding our clients and their company names with our partners, affiliates or other third parties only at your specific request. A request of this nature would be provided in writing and signed by you. To further qualify this request a personal phone call will be made to you to insure that your request be honored completely, and as specified before implementation. We will not sell or share any information at the individual client level beyond its intended use.

Web or Webinar Session

Mary Beth Cameron International, Inc.™ creates a random session ID attached to your encrypted web connection. This encrypted session will automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity and you will be prompted to login again. Our web security system requires that customers use a browser that supports at least 40-bit encryption – preferably Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 or higher).
